Shipping & Delivery
At Color N Drive, every LAND ROVER touch-up paint order is hand-checked and dispatched from our facility as quickly as possible. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped, how long delivery takes, and how customs and duties are handled.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of a completed payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is received, and a second email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: approximately 3–7 business days
- North America: approximately 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or events outside our control.
Shipping costs, customs and duties
All prices are charged in EUR. Any shipping charge and applicable import duties and taxes are shown as separate line items during checkout and are collected upfront, so there are no surprise fees on delivery. If your order is nevertheless held by customs, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also track your order at any time from the tracking page on this site using your order number and email address.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected]. For damaged or lost shipments we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal for your cancellation and return rights.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
